Calculating cost of goods sold across channels requires item-level data lined up the same way regardless of where it sold.

Why Shopify and Bonanza exports don't line up

Shopify: a Created At timestamp that includes a timezone offset; a single Total column that already nets out discounts, with tax broken out separately; an order Name like #1001 rather than a numeric ID. Also, exports one row per line item by default, so an order with 3 products becomes 3 rows unless you export the summary report instead.
Bonanza: a sale date shown in the seller's account timezone; item price and a Bonanza final value fee that varies by advertising tier chosen per listing; an order ID unique to the marketplace. Also, fee amounts differ per listing based on optional ad placement, so two otherwise-identical sales can show different fee columns.
