Merge WooCommerce and Reverb Sales Data for Multi-Store Reporting

Reporting on multiple storefronts only works cleanly once every store's export uses the same column layout.

Why WooCommerce and Reverb exports don't line up

WooCommerce: an Order Date in whatever format your WordPress site's locale is set to; an Order Total that depends entirely on which tax/shipping plugins are installed; a plain numeric Order Number. Also, column layout depends on which export plugin generated the CSV, so two WooCommerce stores can produce different headers entirely.
Reverb: an order date column specific to the marketplace's order dashboard; item price, shipping, and Reverb's selling fee as separate columns, often with international currency conversion involved; an order number distinct per listing sold. Also, used mostly for musical instruments/gear, so price ranges and shipping costs vary far more per row than typical retail exports.
